Requirements

• Registered student at Weber State University

• Registered for at least 6 or more credit hours

• Bring $5 for a tryout fee

• Complete a COVID-19 test and return the negative test results to Josh Brooks (joshbrooks@weber.edu) between July 27th and August 2nd Be sure to mention it is for Men’s soccer unless you have been vaccinated

• Fill out the form below

• Print and fill out the consent form and bring it to tryouts

• If the above requirements are not met you will not be able to tryout
